High School Counselor Conferences

We want to help you better assist your students on their journey to the U.

If you are a Utah high school counselor, join us to learn about admissions, scholarships, financial aid, housing, and much more.

Upcoming conferences:

  • August 25 – St. George, UT

  • August 26 – Provo, UT

  • September 3 – Ogden, UT

  • September 4 – Logan, UT

  • September 8 – University of Utah Campus, Salt Lake City, UT

We offer a free credit hour of continuing education for your participation in any of the high school counselor conferences this year.

To receive credit, please indicate so on your registration form.

Sending Official High School Transcripts

Please submit your student’s official high school transcript. Emailed transcripts will not be considered official.

  • Please be aware that if you are selected as a recommender in the Common App, you can submit your student’s transcripts directly through Common App.
  • Paper transcripts can be mailed directly from the high school or brought in an envelope sealed by the high school to:

  • Electronic transcripts can be requested through one of the following services:
    • Slate.org
    • Credentials Solutions
    • Parchment/Naviance
    • National Student Clearinghouse
    • eScrip-Safe
    • Scoir
  • If prompted for a recipient email address when ordering your transcript, please use admisstranscripts@utah.edu. Transcripts sent directly through email or fax will not be considered official.
